Power Control Panels
Power Control Centres are used for distribution and control of various power source used in industry. Normally Power Control Centres is installed near power source hence fault level is high. It is designed to suit fault level of 50KA or 65 KA for 1 sec. Busbar system in Power Control Centres are designed to suit the fault level as well as temperature rise to 40°c above ambient. Ample space is provided for cable termination. Various protections viz short circuit, overload, earth fault, under voltage etc are provided to protect source and equipment.

Motor Control Centers
In many commercial and industrial applications, quite a few electric motors are required, and it is often desirable to control some or all of the motors from a central location. The apparatus designed for this function is the motor control center (MCC).A combination starter is a single enclosure containing the motor starter, fuses or circuit breaker, and a device for disconnecting power. Other devices associated with the motor, such as pushbuttons and indicator lights may also be included.
AMF Panels
Automatic mains failure (AMF) panels, often referred to as automatic transfer switch (ATS) panels, make the power switch to emergency standby generators in the event of a significant loss of mains power or total blackout. Without AMF panels, generators need to be operated manually and that can mean lost data, potential damage to electrical equipment, and huge amounts of disruption.
AMF and ATS panels monitor the incoming AC mains supply, activate the standby generator when mains power fails, and make an automatic electrical transfer of the building’s load from the mains to the generating set. When the mains supply returns, the AMF panel controls a return to the mains supply and shuts down the generator after a suitable cooling run.

A Control & Relay Panel (CRP) solution is designed to control several feeders, through medium voltage indoor and outdoor switchgear in a primary distribution substation. The CRP solution can also be extended to incorpo rate substation. HMI, time synchronization, metering and networking functionality in the substation and thereby avoid requirement of a separate control room.
Control Desk and Mimic Panels
Custom-made control desks, with fiber glass or acrylic mimic diagrams, completely equipped with annunciation equipment, are designed and manufactured by us for all types of Process Control Industries. The mimic diagram is suitably housed on the front sloping vertical portion of the desk and the actuating pushbuttons and pilot lamps are housed on the horizontal sloping deck. Control gear equipment, like contactor, relays, and terminal blocks etc. are mounted both in the rear and in the front of the control desk.
Mimic & Annunciator panels are being used in the industry for many years to display process status and alarms. In Mimic Panels, the process is pictorially represented on the front side of a Control desk / Panel.
Generally, mimic displays are printed on polyester or polycarbonate sheets and provided with an acrylic front sheet for protection. LEDs and other Indicators can be fitted on the display for Process Indication.
